Coleman County is frequently referred to as the "Hunting Capital of Texas" because of the great hunting and the variety of game.  Facilities such as M-Bar-H Lodge and Santa Anna Hunting Area are the reasons HUNTING AND FISHING are considered a major industry in Coleman County.

In addition, Santa Anna and the surrounding area are dotted with landmarks vital to early Texas history.
