3rd Weekend in May (Annual Event)
Contestants square off in a two day event to win money, trophies and points by showing their skills at cooking barbeque bison brisket, beef brisket, pork ribs and chicken halves. Sanctioned by the Lone Star Barbeque Society winners gain points for cash prizes from the tournament season.
