Ideas tested by use
“Praxis” means putting an idea into practice. That is our test. We write about business processes as people use them: in busy teams, changing firms, old tools, new systems, and the small choices that affect the result.
Each field note takes one part of operations and makes it plain. We favor close study over slogans, useful limits over rigid rules, and evidence from real work over neat claims made from far away.
Praxis Ledger is based in Santa Anna, Texas, and written for operators, founders, managers, and anyone asked to improve how a team works.
- 01Observe before you prescribe.
- 02Fix the system before you blame the person.
- 03Use the least process that protects the result.
- 04Keep every rule open to proof.
